Here's the solution! [Kyra](https://blog.cooltix.com/en/author/kyra) Oct 26, 2026 --- Even with digital ticketing, you don't have to give up your promoter network. In the Cooltix interface, you can involve sales users in the sales process, who can manage the assigned ticket types through a separate platform. Here's how to set it up! ### Add ticket types In the event's ticket settings, choose the advanced options, where you can set the visibility of each ticket type under the sales channels. Here you can make them available to promoter sellers. ### Enable the ticket type for promoters Click the profile icon and select the *Manage organizations / Sales users* menu item. Select your own promoters and make sure the allowed payment method is set to cash. Then, in the settings for each user, make available the ticket types you want to sell through them. ### Send the tickets Promoters can log in on a [separate platform](https://organizers.cooltix.com?hsLang=en) . Here they go through the same process as with a traditional online purchase, with the addition of the cash payment option. Buyers receive their tickets and invoice by email in the same way, and the promoter can also print them out for them. ### Summary That simple!
