Public contact
We need a contact email address. This won’t be public by default, but if a buyer requests a way to reach the organizer, we’ll share it. You can also make a phone number available as an option.
Business contact
We’ll also ask for a strictly business-use email address and phone number so we can stay in touch. These will be kept private and not shared with anyone.
Set up your business details
Here you can provide your company information. You can choose from sole proprietor, company, or nonprofit organization. You’ll also enter your tax ID, company registration number, and registered business address.
Invoices and payouts are issued based on this information, so accuracy is key!
-
Business name: Your official, registered company name.
-
Business type: Individual, company, or nonprofit organization.
-
Tax ID: Your business tax identification number.
-
Registration number: Your company’s official registration number.
-
Registered address: Your company’s official registered address.
Pro tip: If you’re only offering free tickets, there’s no need for financial settlement—so you can skip this and the following steps.
Set up your invoicing software
At this stage, you can connect your invoicing system. For organizers in Hungary, you can integrate Billingo or Számlázz.hu.
-
No VAT required: If your business is tax-exempt or otherwise not subject to VAT, select this option. In this case, the net and gross amounts on the invoice will be the same.
-
Allowed buyer types: Depending on your business type or tax structure, you can limit who can request an invoice—for example, only individuals or only businesses. Choose who can receive invoices for purchases.
You can always return to this step later if you decide to sell paid tickets.
Provide your bank account details
Set up the bank account where you’d like to receive your payouts.
-
Funds are stored and paid out in the event’s currency.
-
If your account’s currency differs, your bank will handle the conversion, which may incur additional fees.
-
You can add separate accounts for each currency.
-
The bank account must be located in the same country as your registered business address.
Pro tip: These details are only needed for payouts—you can start selling tickets without completing this and the following step.
Start the company verification process
This step is required for automatic payouts, allowing us to transfer your event earnings immediately after the event ends. During this process, you’ll need to provide information about your organization’s executives and any individual owners.
For sole proprietors
If you’re a sole proprietor, simply add yourself.
For companies or organizations
If you have a company or nonprofit organization, you must list all owners holding more than 25% of shares and all executives.
-
Representative: The primary authorized representative of the account. This person must also be an executive or owner. Only one representative can be assigned, and you must select one.
-
Executive: A manager or officer with significant leadership responsibility.
-
Owner: An individual who directly or indirectly owns at least 25% of the company.
Pro tip: You’ll need to provide each person’s full name, date of birth, and address.
Once your business has been successfully verified, a green check mark will appear next to each person’s name. Don’t forget to click the “I’ve added everyone” button at the end — this action starts the verification process.
In some cases, our payment service provider may request additional documents to complete the verification. If this happens, you’ll see a “Submit additional documents” button, where you can view the required documents and upload them directly.
